We want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with Motion Muse. If something doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to make it right ♡

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition with tags attached.
You can exchange for:
- A different size
- Another color
- A different item of the same value
If there’s a price difference, it can simply be paid or refunded accordingly.
Exchange shipping fees may apply.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition.
Once the return is approved and received, your refund will be processed as:
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method (depending on the order/payment type)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
